KnockBoard Terms of Service
Last updated: October 3, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Edwards Window Washing LLC ("we," "us"), the operator of KnockBoard. By creating an account or using KnockBoard, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use KnockBoard.
What KnockBoard is
KnockBoard is a web app for door-to-door sales teams. It lets you log doors on a map, track customers and quotes, and manage follow-ups. It is a business tool for adults (18 or older).
Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One account is for one person. Don't share logins.
- Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
Subscription and billing
- KnockBoard costs $29 per month. New accounts get a 7-day free trial. A card is required to start the trial.
- Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged $29 when the trial ends, and then every month until you cancel.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- You can cancel any time with the Manage plan button in the app. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- Except where the law requires it, payments are non-refundable, and we don't give partial refunds for unused time. If something went wrong with a charge, email us and we'll look at it.
- If a payment fails, we may pause your access until it's fixed.
- We may change the price. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.
How you may use KnockBoard
You agree to use KnockBoard lawfully. In particular, you are responsible for:
- Following local door-to-door solicitation rules, including permits, allowed hours, "No Soliciting" signs, and Do Not Knock lists.
- Having permission to contact the people you record, and following the laws on calling and texting them (such as consent rules under the TCPA).
- Keeping the information you enter about other people accurate and appropriate, and not entering anything you have no right to store.
You may not break into other accounts, scrape or copy the service, interfere with how it works, or use it to harass or harm anyone.
Your data
You own the customer and sales information you put into KnockBoard. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. Each account's data is kept separate from other accounts. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Maps, location, and safety
Map positions and GPS are approximate and can be wrong. Use your own judgment, respect private property, and don't use the app while driving. You are responsible for your own conduct when you go door to door.
Availability
We work to keep KnockBoard running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or remove features. Back up anything you can't afford to lose.
Disclaimer
KnockBoard is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't guarantee that it will increase your sales.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales, lost profits, or lost data, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can stop using KnockBoard at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms, are used unlawfully, or aren't paid. If we end your account for a reason other than your breach, we'll tell you and you can ask for your data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we'll tell you in the app or by email. Using KnockBoard after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
